Resources and Status Bars
| Resource | What it does | How it returns |
|---|---|---|
| Energy | Gym training and starting Pokemon battles. | Regenerates each minute: 2.2% of max, or 4.4% for donators. |
| Will | Improves Gym gains, powers Battle Tent rounds, and pays Pokemon School focus costs. | Regenerates by 2 per minute; property increases maximum Will. |
| Brave | Spent when attempting Town Missions. | Regenerates each minute by 3% of max Brave plus 0.15. |
| Trainer EXP | Raises trainer level and unlocks towns, missions, and courses. | Battles, Gym sessions, jobs, and other activities. |
| Health | Your trainer's condition. Low Health can block attacks and activities. | Regenerates each minute by 1% of max HP, plus Pokemon Center and hospital recovery. |
Rocket Momentum doubles Energy, Will, Brave, trainer HP, and Pokemon HP recovery. Trainers level 10 and below always receive this early boost. First login each day adds up to 60 minutes of timed Momentum, and each trainer level-up adds up to 30 more minutes, capped at 120 timed minutes.

Trainer Progression
- Gym
- Spend Energy to raise Strength, Agility, Guard, or Labour. Higher Will improves gains.
- Pokemon School
- Pay tuition and Will once, wait the listed days, then receive permanent trainer-stat rewards. Advanced courses need levels and prerequisites.
- Your Job
- Meet Strength, Labour, and IQ requirements. Daily reset pays wages, trainer EXP, and rank stat gains.
- Town Missions
- Spend Brave for money, items, crystals, trainer EXP, or Pokemon rewards. Read requirements and success chance before attempting.
- Travel
- Higher trainer levels unlock towns with stronger wild Pokemon, missions, shops, and activities.
Pokemon Systems
- Pokemon Farm
- View your collection, choose an active Pokemon, inspect details, and manage your team.
- Pokemon Hunting
- Search the current town for wild Pokemon. Encounter species and levels depend on location. Shiny odds follow the same rarity as main-series Generation 6+ games.
- Pokemon Center
- Recover injured or fainted Pokemon before another battle.
- Battle Tent
- Fight NPC trainers. Each round consumes Will; losses do not hospitalize your trainer.
- Player Battles
- Need an active healthy Pokemon, at least 1 Energy, and a valid target in the same town. Wins can grant trainer and Pokemon EXP.
- Evolution
- Eligible Pokemon evolve through level or required evolution items.
