Patch Notes & Community Updates

Team Rocket Announcements

Balance changes, new features, and bug fixes, straight from the dev team.

Today's Update Notes:

A batch of quality-of-life fixes and gameplay updates is now live:

Promo Center
Current promo Pokemon has been changed to Absol
Promo rotation time reduced from 30 days to 15 days

PvP
Same-target PvP cap timer now resets with server new day
Only successful wins count toward the cap, same as before
Fixed the issue where the timer could awkwardly extend into the following day

Pokemon Hunting
First town hunting was adjusted
Trainer levels 1-6 still use the gentler early-game formula
Trainer level 7+ now uses normal first-town scaling like other towns
This fixes cases where Great Ball hunts in first town were giving overly low-level Pokémon

Pokemon Farm / Box Management
Pokemon Farm now supports filtering by type, nature, and shiny
Added sorting by stats and other useful fields
Added mass release on the manage/release page
Active and favorite Pokemon cannot be batch-selected for release

Jail / Busting
Busting is now less punishing on failure
Failed busts now give jail time based on the target’s current jail time + 10 minutes
Successful busts now award trainer EXP based on the target’s current jail time

Mailbox / Shoutbox
Mailbox message limit increased and Subject lines are now optional
Links are now blocked in mailbox messages/subjects and in the shoutbox to prevent spam

Item Market
Fixed issue preventing players from removing items from the Item Market
Removal flow was also secured to prevent duplication problems

Organised Crimes coming soon (Gang missions are in progress, it would take a minimum of 4 gang members to start a heist)

Today's Quick Update:

- We heard you — PvE (Hunting, Crimes, Gym, Battle Tent) wasn't giving anywhere near enough Trainer EXP compared to PvP, especially once you leveled up. This was hurting new and peaceful players the most. Rebalanced all four:
a) Crimes now scale with your trainer level instead of staying flat forever — higher-level trainers earn a lot more EXP per job, with up to a 50% bonus on riskier crimes (lower success chance = bigger exp payout).
b) Hunting trainer EXP now also scales with the ball you use — up to +40% with a Master Ball — plus your first 10 catches each day give double EXP.
c) Gym Training EXP now scales with your level too, up to 3x more once you're a seasoned trainer, instead of a flat exp gain forever.
d) Battle Tent now pays Trainer EXP on your first 15 wins every day, not just your first one-time victory of each opponent.
- We have also scaled the item prices such as for Poke balls, Great balls, Potions, etc, to balance game economy.
- Added Play as Guest on the login page — jump straight into the game with no email or password needed. Your trainer saves right in your browser, and you can lock it in with a full account anytime, keeping all your progress.
- Implemented the "What's Happening" feed on the login page — now shows 3 recent player highlights from different trainers in the last 1 hours.
- A handful of smaller bug fixes across the board.

Thanks for all reports and testing. More cleanup and balancing are still coming.

Quick Update Patch Notes-

PvP Changes:
Anti-spam limit: You can now attack the same trainer a maximum of 5 times per 24 hours. The game shows exactly how long until you can attack them again.
Post-hospital protection: After leaving the hospital, trainers get a temporary shield from PvP attacks (length scales with hospital time, for example a player in hospital for 25 mins, will get 5 mins of cooldown protection). Protected trainers can't be attacked — but the shield drops the moment they start a fight themselves. A Shield notice shows in your header, status bar, and profile while active.
This protection is provided to support the defender to change town, switch active pokemon, heal themselves or plan their comeback.

Mobile UI Fixes:
Header promo & support buttons now share the bar evenly on mobile — support fills the full width when no promo is showing.
Pokémon Farm navigation cleaned up — no more oversized buttons, now a tidy 2-column layout.
Pokédex Pokémon cell no longer cut off — sprite and name display in full across the whole card row.
Cramped mobile tables fixed across the game:
Mailbox compose form now stacks cleanly
Shop stock, Item Market, and Travel Agency now show as easy-to-read mobile cards
Older wide tables now scroll sideways instead of squishing text

Bug Fixes:
Tutorial glitch is now fixed.
Fixed a critical error on the Contact List page.

Thanks,
Cruz
Weekend Update - Fixes and Features! [NEW] Monthly Promo (Crystal Temple): Promo: Eevee for 15 Crystals Monthly rotating promo pokemon (non map pokemon) 30-day auto refresh; level 5 [NEW] Manage Pokemon: Favorite Pokemon: Set from Farm; protected from release; first in Tent dropdown Pokemon Release: Blank page / bad redirect fixed; confirmation improved Pokedex: Shows attack type coverage Pokemon Hunt: Quick actions after catch; hunt-again re-hunts properly Hunt button styling cleaned IV dice roll: earlier when pokemon was spawned a random IV was assigned between 0 to 31. Now instead of starting from 0, better ball = higher minimum IVs (Poke 0 / Great 8 / Ultra 16 / Master 24), capped at 31. Wild spawn level (to prevent high-level flood) - previously we had random 3-12 levels scaling with user trainer level, which would assist a level 1 trainer to buy level 14 Magikarp from Marketplace. For fairness and level accuracy, in all towns except Home Town, Pokemon scaling now depends on the Pokeball used: wild always appears and is always catchable; the ball caps the caught level - Poke up to 7, Great up to 9, Ultra up to 11, Master up to 12. Better ball = keep the higher-level wild. The update keeps the existing accuracy chance (Poke 75% to Master 100%). Auto-picker uses the lowest ball that holds the full level, else your best ball. No changes to Exp gain. Battle Tent QoL: Rematch button; Quick Heal (potion) Button/UI consistency pass (hunt + tent) Combat: Newbie protection: trainer level 3 and below unattackable; trainer level 3 and below cannot attack a target above level 7. Gang/Clan: Duplicate gang-war exploit fixed Upgrade pricing tweaks Evolution: 27 evo items priced and stocked across 7 town Dept. Stores (mixed money/crystals) Crystal-purchase path in shops; where-to-buy hint on evolve Eevee: added Espeon/Umbreon/Glaceon/Sylveon Evo support for Kadabra/Machoke/Graveler/Haunter trade-evos 12 evo-item icons fixed Tutorial: Pokeball no longer spent on practice-fail hunt; only on real catch Crime mission: No more refresh/double-click double-charge Try Again: double-click guard + graceful stale-token redirect Button parity: Attempt/Try Again match "Back to Missions" UI/Visual: Promo card on explore when unclaimed Gym/job stat float noise fixed (2 decimals) (#46) Dark-theme capture/reward cards improved Header active-Pokemon box: tiny HP bar Hall of Fame: rank badges replace numbers Systems: Bank interest raised toward 3% monthly Botcheck toned down: longer timer, post-login grace, high-action pages only, stuck-pending cleanup Better security with brute lock and logging improved One-account-per-IP tightening Thank you for supporting the game, please keep sharing the link. Referrals system reward also increased to 5 crystals plus $10,000 cash. Cheers, Cruz

- Added Battle Tent NPC coverage for all towns
- Tightened town-specific opponent flow so game feels more consistent and fair.

Hello trainers, first of all, welcome and thank you for testing this game. We are almost 90% complete; the last bit is balancing Trainers' and Pokemon's exp, so level-up is fun, and we can actually attack each other's trainers and create havoc and chaos! Please bear with me; I have released the tutorial so everyone can quickly become familiar with the menus and know their way around the game. Thank you for your support!
